We will be responsible for operating the tours and excursions as mentioned in our brochure under normal circumstances.However, we shall not be directly responsible for: Personal accidents or sickness,Loss of baggage during the tour,Delay or cancellation of flights,Political unrest or any unusual situation affecting the tour.
In such cases, we will provide all possible assistance to overcome the problems.
Any extra cost arising from these situations must be borne by the guest.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any tour if circumstances require.
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be subject to mutual negotiation.
